Pakistan spy agency uses women for terror

NEW DELHI

Pakistan's spy agency, the ISI, is changing its tactics because it is running out of terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir. Security forces have successfully stopped border crossings, leaving local terror groups desperate for fresh blood. To fix this, the ISI is now quietly forming a secret, all-women network to secretly recruit local youth. Officials say women are being used because their gentle approach makes it much easier to brainwash young people without raising suspicion. However, Indian intelligence agencies are already on high alert, watching these moves closely to destroy the new plot before it can grow.
