Who sanctioned telephone eavesdropping: CBI ask Alok Kumar

ADGP Alok Kumar, who is alleged to have phoned several legislators and BSY, including dissatisfaction with the Dosti government, has once again faced a CBI inquiry. This was the last phase of the inquiry into which five CBI officials had subjected Alok Kumar to an intense trial.

CBI officials questioned who had given permission to telephone eavesdropping and examined whether the clearance was obtained from the Home Department. CBI officials also questioned Alok Kumar whether he or any senior officials had allowed telephone eavesdropping. Prior to Alok Kumar’s trial, there were three inspector and DCP inquiries.

 Hundreds of politicians, officials, telephone eavesdropping Case in point, CBI officials have not received any record of leaking audio. An investigation is underway on the allegation that Alok Kumar had telephoned the additional police commissioner. It is alleged that Alok Kumar listened to a conversation between the present Police Commissioner Bhaskar Rao and Faraj. Ali took his laptop and pendrive to Alok Kumar. The audio is said to have been heard by Alok Kumar. The laptop and pendrive are now in the custody of the CBI. What’s the case During Kumaraswamy’s CM, there were allegations that unhappy Congress-JDS legislators, Yeddyurappa, BJP leaders, pontiffs, policemen and other private individuals were on the phone. It is alleged that the phone had been emasculated to get the Dosti government back, to find out about the affair, including Operation Lotus. The investigation into this phone eavesdropping case during which HDK was CM was handed over to the CBI after Yeddyurappa became CM.
