Suniel Shetty recently made his comeback to the big screen after a hiatus of four years. The actor shared screen space with Kiccha Sudeep in his Kannada film – Pehelwaan. And now, the actor has reportedly begun shooting for a Hollywood film titled Call Centre. Shetty is currently in Hyderabad for the shoot of Jeffery Chin’s directorial. According to a Mumbai Mirror report, Call Centre is apparently inspired by the real-life story of a cop who took down a multimillion-dollar call centre scam. Suniel Shetty will be seen playing a Sikh police-officer in the movie. The star cast of the film will be a mix of Indian and American actor.
Spilling beans about the film’s storyline, a source informed the leading daily, “The premise revolves around four guys who worked at a call centre in India and robbed a US-based company of $381 million. While American agencies were involved in the investigation, it was the Indian police that cracked the case.” Suniel started shooting for Call Centre by the end of September and hopes to wrap up the shoot by December 2019. The actor is apparently required to do a lot of chase sequences and they will be shot in Hyderabad.
Apart from the Call Centre, there are a lot of projects that Suniel is working on. He will be seen in Darbar, Marakkar: Arabikadalinte Simham and Mumbai Saga. Talking about the number of films that he has now, Suneil Shetty had earlier told First post, “There is a lot of work happening in my life after a long gap which is different and also very satisfying. I am doing a lot of regional and Hindi films because the market is one now and there is a cross combination of talent. I am glad that I am getting back into the swing of things at the right time.”
