The trailer of Sita was launched and it seems pretty impressive. Kajal Aggarwal marks a powerful entry as a business-woman who is ruthless when it comes to work. Kajal makes an intense impact when she claims ‘money is important to me’. Sai Sreenivas Bellamkonda and Sonu Sood made important additions to the film.
Going by the trailer, Sita seems to have all the right ingredients for a Telugu masala entertainer. While Kajal is a headstrong lady, Sai is her protector and Sonu Sood plays the villain in the film. Directed by Teja, Sita is the first time when Kajal Aggarwal has attempted to play a role which seems to be merciless and self-centred. Mannara Chopra plays a crucial role in the plot and is seen alongside Kajal.
This film marks the third collaboration of director Teja and Kajal Aggarwal. Interestingly, Kajal was introduced as a lead actress in Telugu films by Teja with 2007 release Lakshmi Kalyanam which starred Nandamuri Kalyanram. Interestingly, Sita will see Kajal and Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas pair up for a second time, after having previously worked in Kavacham. The film couldn’t impress the audience and tanked at the box office. Apart from Sita, Kajal will also be seen in Paris Paris, which is the Tamil remake of Bollywood hit film Queen. Directed by Ramesh Arvind, Paris Paris is slated to release this summer. The teaser of the film was launched recently, making the wait for the film a tough task. Queen is being remade in all four South Indian languages with Parul Yadav, Manjima Mohan and Tamannaah Bhatia in lead roles. All the four versions are slated for release in summer this year.
