With 12th of October being World Arthritis Day, SBF Healthcare and Research Centre took it upon itself to educate people about Arthritis and the treatments available for it. It is an initiative to raise awareness of the issues affecting people with rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases (RMDs).With 30% of the World’s population suffering from Arthritis there are still a large number of people who aren’t very well aware about this degenerative disease causing them to live their life in pain. Patients who suffer feel the treatment is either too expensive or painful, hence they try to avoid taking treatment and go through life in pain.
SBF Healthcare & research centre offer a painless, non-surgical and affordable solution to patients worldwide. This treatment is India’s contribution for Arthritis to the World for patients suffering from this painful disease. The affected joints are exposed to SPMF® Therapy, one hour every day for 21 consecutive days. This is an outpatient treatment which requires the patient to spend approximately one and a half hours daily at our clinic. Patients have shown remarkable improvements with majority of them leading a normal life.
SBF healthcare has been able to successfully treat over 8000+ patients so far which also includes prominent personality Smt.Pratibha Patil (Former President of India) with excellent results of SPMF Therapy. This therapy has 4 patents from 36 other countries.
Speaking about World Arthritis Day, WgCdr (Dr) V.G. Vasishta (Retd.) said “The occasion of World Arthritis Day is held to commemorate advances in Technologies to help patients with arthritis who go through life in pain. It is even more special because India now is able to offer treatment for arthritis for patients all over the world. We have patients from 34 countries who come to us for treatment. Now having the US patent and International certifications, we are ready to globalize this treatment so that it is available all over the world.”
This day is exclusively meant to raise awareness about Arthritis, a condition which affects millions of people across the world. Arthritis is an inflammatory condition that causes pain and stiffness in joints which can worsen with age. The condition is such that it can affect the day-to-day functioning of people. On World Arthritis Day, the idea is to raise awareness about arthritis and how it affects the lives of people who suffer from it.
There are about 20-40 new cases per Lac population each year and the disease occurs more frequently in females. SPMF uses sequentially programmed magnets to regenerate or degenerate cells in the body. It is used to regenerate lost cartilage for arthritis and has no side effects.
