Primary Education Minister and District Investigation Minister Suresh Kumar on Saturday visited various schools in the district and interacted with students.
The Minister visited Terakkanambi Government Pre-College in Gundlupet Taluk where he observed a test-based quiz program for SSLC students.
He appreciated the children’s learning interest and enthusiasm. They learned about the students preparing for the exam.
The Education Minister, who visited the UD Government Senior Primary School, consulted with the students who were having breakfast there and told the students if there were any problems at the school, he expressed concern about toilet management at the school. After observing that the school building is old, the minister instructed the District Panchayat Chief Executive Officer to inspect the building.
The minister visited the ideal school in the town of Gundlupet and asked how the SSLC exam was being studied. There should be no anxiety or fear about testing. Read all the things well and take the test with confidence and advise you to score better.
Students, meanwhile, opined that the SSLC should be trained by the government for competitive examinations for higher studies.
