Fans of Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth were disheartened when the couple announced their separation earlier this week. The singer’s representative confirmed their split to People.com saying, “Liam and Miley have agreed to separate at this time. Ever-evolving, changing as partners and individuals, they have decided this is what’s best while they both focus on themselves and careers.” This news came as a rude shock to everyone as the couple was madly in love with each other. Liam and Miley tied the knot om December 23, 2018, and decided to part ways, 8 months later. However, it seems Miley isn’t willing to file for a divorce from Liam anytime soon.
A couple of sources have confirmed this development to People.com. “They are having a break right now because they needed it. It was a bad situation with a lot of disagreements. They both agreed it’s better to spend time apart, but this doesn’t mean their relationship is completely over,” a source close to Miley was quoted as saying by the international website. Liam and Miley haven’t ruled out reconciliation completely and it is reported that there is some hope left for the duo to be back together. “They are great together when they are happy. There is absolutely hope that they will get back together again,” an insider revealed.
While these reports continue to surface online, Liam Hemsworth had officially announced his separation from Miley yesterday. The 29-year-old took to his Instagram handle and wrote, “Hi all Just a quick note to say that Miley and I have recently separated and I wish her nothing but health and happiness going forward. This is a private matter and I have not made, nor will I be making, any comments to any journalists or media outlets. Any reported quotes attributed to me are false. Peace and Love.”
