Deepika Padukone sweats out at gym days before her appearance at Cannes 2019

Deepika Padukone made heads turns with her stunning barbie look at the recently concluded Met Gala 2019. The actress struts in style wearing a custom pink gown by designer Zac Posen. While everyone assumed that the actress would opt for a design by Prabal Gurung, DP chose Zac. And she couldn’t thank him enough for making her look a complete stunner at the red carpet of Met Gala. After impressing everyone with her Barbie doll avatar, the Cocktail star is all set to take over the red carpet of Cannes Film Festival 2019. Apparently, Deepika is planning to sport a customised outfit by Peter Dundar for her appearance on May 16.

But before she heads to the event, DP is making sure to keep herself in the best shape. And for the same, the actress has been working out religiously at the gym. Today, she shared a couple of pictures straight outta her gym session social media. Donning a neon pink sportswear, DP can be seen flaunting her glowing skin and her perfectly toned body. However, when she was sweating it out, the actress had an epic moment of laughter as she fell down while doing push-ups. Talking about her appearance at Cannes 2019, Deepika Padukone will be attending the French Riveria with Sonam Kapoor Ahuja and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan as the brand ambassador of a cosmetic brand. This is her third outing at Cannes and is sure to leave everyone spellbound at the event. Looking at her past record at the festival, we bet Deepika won’t disappoint.

Last year, she opted for a bright pink gown by Ashi Studio and this year we feel she will outdo herself. Meanwhile, on the work front, she will be seen in Meghna Gulzar’s Chhapaak with Vikrant Massey. The actress returns to the big screen after a gap of two years. The film is based on the life of acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal. It is all set to release on January 10, 2020. Chhapaak will lock horns with Ajay Devgn’s Taanaji: The Unsung Warrior at BO.
