Union Ministe for Parliamentary Affairs Prahlad Joshi said here that Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa winning the confidence vote in the Karnataka Legislative Assembly on Monday was certain.
Speaking to reporters here on Saturday, he congratulated Yediyurappa for announcing Stating contributing Rs 4000 to Central Government’s Rs 6000 paid to small farmers and waiving off loans of small Weavers. “It was a testimony that the BJP Chief Minister will go extra mile to help the farmers and other artisans,” he added.
He said the formation of cabinet will happen soon, after the two-day Assembly session where the BJP government will prove its majority and pass the Finance Bill, which are urgent matters.
Joshi said the matter of formation of Cabinet will happen soon after consultation with central leaders and there is no confusion in this matter.
‘’We are committed to provide a stable and growth oriented government focused on the lives of small farmers and landless labour and artisans. Good governance is our motto and this BJP Government will ensure that,’’ he added.
He said Yediyurappa is a born fighter and a self-made political leader who brought BJP to this stage in Karnataka. His aim was to help the farming class and all other sections of the society. ‘’The BJP government will live to its promise by giving best administration in Karnataka and the results will be seen in the coming months,’’ Joshi added.
