After the exit of Daisy Edgar Jones, SS Rajamouli considering Shraddha Kapoor as her replacement?

It came as a shocker to movie buffs after the makers of SS Rajamouli’s RRR announced that British actress Daisy Edgar Jones has decided to opt out of the film. Citing family reasons, Daisy decided to quit the project which would have been her debut in Indian cinema. And post her exit, director SS Rajamouli is in search of her replacement. And going by buzz in the industry, Rajamouli might look to sign on an Indian actress keeping in mind the logistical aspects. It is also being speculated that the Baahubali filmmaker is considering Shraddha Kapoor as Daisy’s replacement in RRR. “There is a high likelihood that RRR is releasing in Hindi as well, so they might rope in a Hindi actress to replace Daisy,” Deccan Chronicle quoted a source as saying. Shraddha will soon make her debut in Telugu with Saaho which features Prabhas in the lead role. If this materialises, it will be interesting to see what look the actress would be given in the film.

As that is under progress, Rajamouli is dealing with another issue with the film. Lead actor Ram Charan injured himself during a workout session during the shooting of RRR. This meant, the shooting schedule of the film is revised now and the Pune schedule has been called off, said the official statement on Twitter by the makers. And because of this unfortunate incident, Ram Charan has returned to Hyderabad to recover in time for the further schedules of RRR. Ram Charan and Jr NTR have both been working out to get into the shape for their respective roles in RRR. The actors’ look from the film has been kept under wraps to avoid any leak, which has created a huge wave of excitement amongst fans.
