Kangana Ranaut versus Aditya Pancholi controversy is getting murkier by the day. Yesterday, it was reported that Aditya filed a complaint against the the Queen actress earlier this month, at the Versova police station. The FIR is a counter application to Ranaut’s sister Rangoli Chandel’s complaint, who stated that Aditya exploited and abused Ranaut. In his legal case, Pancholi has also stated that Ranaut’s lawyer, Rizwan Siddiqui threatened to file a rape case against him if he didn’t take back the defamation suit that he filed against the actress.
And now, adding to the trouble, a video has been released by Aditya Pancholi to Times Now, which captures Rizwan Siddiqui speaking about the matter to Aditya and his wife Zarina Wahab, in a closed set up. The video features Rizwan Siddiqui stating that #MeToo is a petty thing, like casting couch and that this is a rape case, because a forced relationship is as good as rape. The video also showcases Rizwan saying that this case will become very big and will be filed through Rangoli. Kangana feels that she has been wronged and since Aditya is taking the legal route, I will too, stated her lawyer in the video. Rizwan also voiced how Kangana felt she was forced in the relationship and it involved violence too. Aditya has submitted this more than three-minute long video to the police as well, when he filed his complaint earlier this month.
In several interviews back in 2017, Kangana Ranaut had said that she was confined to a house by Aditya and was sexually and physically abused at an early stage of her career. Kangana and Aditya Pancholi were reportedly in a relationship in 2006, when Kangan’s debut film Gangster hit the screens.
