Aamir Khan Wishes team Panipat: May the film achieve all the success it deserves

Superstar Aamir Khan is a man of few words and a man of action. His films and his choice of films/characters are proof of the same. Though the actor is not much active on social media, the star surely knows how to takes time out for friends. We are talking about, Aamir Khan’s recent tweet for the makers and the whole team of Panipat. It so happened that, Aamir took to his Twitter handle and wished luck to the director and the cast as the film is inching closer to the release.

Taking to his social handle, Aamir Khan shared the poster of Panipat which features Arjun Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt and Kriti Sanon with a caption that read, “Dear @AshGowariker, Wishing @duttsanjay, @arjunk26, @kritisanon and you, all the very best for Panipat! May the film achieve all the success it deserves and more!

Aamir shared the same post on Instagram which the lead actress, that is, Parvati Bai aka Kriti Sanon saw and shared on her Instagram stories, thanking the actor. Kriti captioned the story saying, “Thank you so much sir. Waiting for you to watch the film.”

Aamir Khan worked with Ashutosh Gowarikar, who has helmed Panipat, in Lagaan. Aamir played the role of Bhuvan in the film, which also starred Gracy Singh, Rachel Shelly, and Paul Blackthorne to name a few. A couple of months ago, Aamir had shared a poster recalling and celebrating the release and the journey.

Coming back to Panipat, the magnum opus, which is based on the third battle of Panipat between Marathas and Afghanis, is expected to take the opening between Rs 8 to Rs 9 crore on its first day. The maximum contribution to the business is expected to come from multiplexes and metro-cities as the historical is primarily targeted to that kind of audience. Panipat is crucial for Arjun Kapoor and director Ashutosh Gowariker as their last ventures India’s Most Wanted and Mohenjo Daro failed to create any magic at the ticket windows.
