The police have arrested two persons who kidnapped a three-year-old girl for not having a child.
Manjunath (29), a resident of Marathahalli and H. Ramesh (33) from Varthur Hobli Gunjur Palya were arrested.
Mamata, daughter of Saranappa, who was kidnapped by Manjunath and Ramesh, was kidnapped from SRK city on April 10 on her complaint. She was stabbed by her mother for Rs 1 a night.
